As for the family I spoke to the cementary and they claim the family can not object to the bench being put there I just have to purchase the land and I can add the bench If i choose too.

Ever since I have seen that picture, each time I read about Tesslynn, I have that picture in view. To me, she has Riley Ann and I can see the bond of love between Tesslynn and Riley Ann.
Yes, she is loved and will always have the love of angels and of course, all of us.....and I am sure there are many others that do dearly love her.

I'm not asking for and funds
I'm not asking for and funds it's really up to all of you. I know most of the ladies on BG have children and not alot of money so that's really the reason I'm not asking for any money from anyone, I have a 2 yr old so it really isnt that expensive for me. But I will let everyone know as soon as it happens it would be great if the bench was there for her birthday.

We have got do somemore networking on this. I've sent it to this friend of mine who is an investigative reporter for the local news here in New Orleans, LA. He covered the Baby Diana case in Bogalusa. If anybody on here knows of anyone they can send this to and get it out there so people will know what's going on. Maybe we can get more signatures. Alot of people still don't know what's going on when it comes to child abuse. People need to know what happened to this child so Jesse Compton (monster) can be executed. He does not need to be breathing the same air that we breathe.
Help! Help! We must get this petition out and make it known that Jesse Compton is a monster and he must be exectuted for the brutal torture and death of our princess, Tesslynn O'Cull.

i dont no how i found this site, i was messing around on the internet, but reading about Tesslynn death brings a tear to my eye, she was my niece. Her father is my cousin. He was trying to bring his daughter back to california but the legal system stoped him cold. He did get Tesslynn's brother back before all this happened. This was a tragic tragic event, I have not seen or talked to my cousin sense the funeral, but my uncle says he and Tesslynn brother are still living in California and there doing really good.

I have been doing some searching trying to find some connections/family members/friends for Tesslynn.
I have been reading the websleuth forum and crime and punishment forums. I have posted the petition on both sites.
So far I have noticed that there is a person that lives 2.5 hrs away that visits her gravesite periodically. ( I have forwarded this info to Liz, in hopes that maybe there could be a connection for her).
This past weekend, while searching I came across a website to do with electrical, etc. It was a newpaper/newsletter put out by the company. I seen a pic of a Ken O'Cull and a write up of his passing in Dec 2007. This paper was of course printed in Jan 2008.
Now......I have no way of knowing if this is the Ken O'Cull that would be Tesslynn's grandpa. It appears to be in the right age group, as the article stated that he had been in the elect. field for the past 35yrs. It mentioned that he spent a lot of time with family, however, it did not give any names.
I tried and tried to pull up an obituary/death notice for Ken O'Cull as this paper stated that he was in the Los Angeles Area of work. There are numerous newspapers, OH so many, but I will continue to search so we can see if there are other surviving relatives, other than the son Jason, and it looks like there possibly may be a grandson also named Jason, as read about a fishing tourny that he had won. It also listed his age as 14, wonder if he and Tess were twins. Now, I am not positive that this is the grandson, but it shows the town as Hesperia, which is just a bit south of Victorville cemetary.
I checked with the Social Security site, and it does list Ken O'Cull passing in 2007.
Maybe Liz, has some information available to her as newspapers, etcccc to begin with the search and possibly find out more info. Hopefully, the business will cooperate and give us more info for the death notice/burial info.
I had wanted to email the business that had written the article, but not sure if I should, or maybe Liz would like to contact them, since she is in the CA area. Not sure exactly her location.
In one of the forums it did mention flowers at Tesslynn's gravesite, and that they were possibly from her father around Christmas time.
Still looking trying to make some connections.

Joyce, I have the email address and name of one of Tesslynn's cousins. I will try to contact her and ask for permission to give it to you. She wrote to me after reading an article that I had written about Tesslynn, and my poem. I hope she still uses the same email address. Maybe she has information that may help you. I'll get back to you.
Also, I posted the poem about Lattie McGee somewhere in this forum, and can't find it now! :( Still trying to find my way. I may lose my way here too! Fibro-fog I guess or maybe just my age catching up.

Took a chance...
Tonight after reading the websleuth forum again, where I posted one of the petitions, I continued to post a request for information.
I also found a page with Ken O'Cull's pic plus others at the same company. I emailed one of the co-workers asking if he could help me find the death notice, obituary or gravesite for Ken O'Cull.
I mentioned that we and a lot of others are trying to keep Tesslynn's memory alive and that some have visited her gravesite.
I am hoping that I will receive some information that will be helpful to Liz.

I do remember doing some
I do remember doing some checking on the internet and saw in a blog that Tesslynn did have a brother, but it didn't state how old he was. It also said that the boy stayed with the father while tesslynn went with her mother. Tesslynn would be fourteen this year in June, so that would not make her a twin but maybe he is just a year older than her. Could very well be the brother though. Good slueth work Joyce! Kudos to you and everyone helping to piece together some life for Tesslynn.

I did read on one of the forums, and it seems to me that it was another one I found, that someone had actually sent a letter to the editor, with the information about Jesse and the fact that he is trying to receive pen-pals, and they went on to say, tired of taxpayers monies, etc...and they also mentioned Stella doing the same.
Gave a description of what he wrote, saying that he is a murder and then gives himself a wonderful profile. Will see if I can retrieve the site, as the whole letter was online, and who she sent it to.

Well, had some free time on my hands. When I did a search for Tesslynn O'Cull, of course many many pages showed up. I tried to go back as far as I could, as this info would be the oldest and possibly something that we have not seen.

I go back and look at things about her every now and then. Seems if I try to take to much information in then that is where I miss details of what I maybe really looking for. I read some past blogs about Tesslynn. One was actually a friend of Stella's cousin. I cant remember any names but that is where I saw she had a brother and that her father's name was Jason. I try to peek as much as I can but again am using my computer at work to do this since I havent one at home! Sometimes it gets pretty difficult to do research without getting into trouble.
