Meeting in July

Please let me know about the meeting in July in Galveston...I have kinda run into a snag for July and I am trying to work through it.....I know we are waiting on a couple of things to happen, but the sooner I know the better.....Love All of Yall

Sorry it took me so long to get back to all of yall...
OK so are we planning on meeting the weekend of July 4th? I know there is a lot of confusion about when the meeting is supposed to be...
Sheryl is flying in on July 20th for the dedication...I know a lot of yall are going to be there for that...Is that when we are going to plan the meeting or is it still on for July 4th....

My status

As you all know, I am ok now, just having some pain still after the hospitalization. I am at work now, I really cant afford to miss anymore days. I have an appointment with my gyncecologist next week. As you all know or may not know, I work in the Radiology Department with Christus Spohn Kleberg in Kingsville, TX and I was speaking with some of the girls here and they suggessted since the Doctor said it was not my gallbladder that I 1) get a second opinion, or 2) make sure that its not my uterus or ovaries, and they may have a cyst. I know I am not pregnant because 1) I have not been pregnant in almost 4 years and this is not the feeling I got when I was pregnant and 2) my test was negative. Other than that I miss you guys like crazy, Alisha I hope you are feeling better, and your baby girl too, and Ruhla I am praying for you and your family. I do get your emails, but I can only check them at work. My home PC gave me the little red dot of death, and just stopped working on me suddenly and I have NO clue why! So, please pray for me also! As I keep everyone of you in my prayers and I look forward to July. I would love to speak with you all on the phone too, like a 3 way call, and if everyone has 3 way we can ALL talk to each other what fun! LOL! I love you guys and I hope to be able to start coming on here more often. God Bless!

Lorraine - I am glad to know

Lorraine - I am glad to know you are feeling better. You are smart to listen to what your friends at work are telling you. Usually a sonogram will catch any problems with your ovaries. Hopefully your health insurance will not dictate what you need and don't need.

What's going on for the 4th? I bet everyone is busy this weekend as it sure seems quiet around here. Where did everybody go?

I'm not going to be able to make it. My money tree died on me! :( But, I hope that you all have lots of fun and take tons of pictures! I hope that I get another chance to meet everyone. It is so nice to have such great friends that all believe in making a change for the better and enjoy one another's company so well. Wishing everyone lots of happiness and good health ( that we need-you were all starting to worry me there for awhile so I hope that everyone is mending ok).

Hubby, son and I will be

Hubby, son and I will be there some during the week of the 24th, but won't be able to make it during the 4th of July weekend. Sure wish we could, but my son Michael has a birthday that weekend and we're committed to celebrating with him. Keep me posted on the week of the 24th.

Hey!

Hey guys and my girlies! I know its been such a long time, I just recently was released from the hospital yesterday and was in there since last Friday. I had severe abdominal pain, and they thought it was my gallbladder but I had elevated liver enzymes and I was dehydrated. I did not want to eat at all and was in severe pain, now I am ok, just having the after effects of all the pain medicine. So we are doing July 25th weekend? I will be in Houston that time, that would be awesome. I am sorry I havent been on in a while its just been I feel so sick lately but I think I am ok now. They did not have to operate or anything so I am sure I am. Well, I will talk to you all later. God Bless!

We don't have plans as far as I know and could probably swing it. My summer classes are going to be Fri & Sat through the summer and I bet Jul 4th has no classes. What does everyone else think? Sounds fun with the fireworks! Thanks Alisha, you are such a sweetheart!

Meeting

I will be in the Houston area July 25-27th for a family reunion. I would love to meet up with you guys then, I cant do it the weekend of July18-20 because My husband and I our taking my two stepsons and our daughter to Schlitterbaun in New Braunsfels. Sorry guys but that is the weekend of my family reunion in Altoona Penna. So all you ladies and of course Greg will have to carry on without me. Sorry about that, but I am sure you will have a great time and I will think about you often during my visit to Penna. July 11, 12, 13 is not set in stone...I was just trying to find out what weekend would be good for everyone...We need to set a date so we can be sure to get a bunk house...The first weekend in August is even OK with me...I have my family reunion July 25, 26, 27 and Kristena is in a wedding on July 19, but other than that the rest of my weekends are free.....I want you to be able to come, we love you sooo much.....

Would you all like to split a beach house when you do come? My mom in law's best friend owns one but only has 1 weekend in July open - other than that it's not hard to find one. If a bunch of people split the cost it would be cheap. Eddie could cook for us.

Sorry ladies, I wont be able to join you either. Perhaps another time. I have already committed to other schedules. I was hoping for the middle of July to that I could join you all but that is ok. I have my family reunion the end of July and Kristena (my 3 year old) is a flower girl in a wedding on July 19...so the week before that would even be better...Like I said there is a couple of things we are waiting on and then we are going to decide when to have it....
